"Satisfaction is my main concern"
As everyone has different perceptions as to how a piece should look, all reasonable attempts will be made in making sure the piece meets the clients expectations.

All waxes are charged by the piece. Estimates will be given and agreed upon before each job is started. Clients are required to pay all shipping and handling charges.

To acquire an estimate I will need: Complete instructions with exact sizes and measurements of the piece or pieces needed, alone with any sketches, pictures or drawings. Any changes made after wax is started or completed is subject to additional charges.
*All New* clients and *Custom Orders* estimating over 300.00 will be asked to pay in advance 50% and over 1000.00 will pay 75% non-refundable deposit of estimated cost of commissioned wax carving, with balance plus shipping charges to be paid in full within 10 days of receipt. When it is determined that a good working relationship has be established. Deposits may not be necessary and clients may be billed for full amount upon completion of commissioned piece. Nothing more then 10 days of receipt will be considered.

If at any time the client does not find wax as it progresses, fulfilling their expectations or needs, and wishes to terminate commissioned work. No additional charges will be made. Design and Elegance shall thereupon retain deposit as payment paid for time and labor already rendered. If client has wax at this time they are to return it to Design and Elegance without a master or mold made from it. As all custom hand carved waxes are the property of Design & Elegance until it is accepted in completed form as commissioned, and paid in full by the client.
At which time and only then will it become property of the clients.
